Project Overview

Eqrra Quran is a Quran app for reading, listening, and understanding in one place. It combines the Mushaf with translations, tafsir, trusted reciters, and an AI recitation assistant that listens to the user and highlights mistakes. I designed the mobile interface and the app logo, focusing on a calm, readable experience for daily use.

Challenge

The app needed to hold a lot of content, with 114 surahs, many reciters, translations, tafsir, and AI features, without feeling heavy. Keeping the reading screen calm while adding tools around it. The goal was an interface people would open every day and not feel lost in.

Abstract glitter background with blue and pink hues, featuring shimmering particles and a smooth color gradient.
A close-up of a shimmering, iridescent surface with flowing textures and vibrant highlights against a dark background.
A mesmerizing close-up of sparkling silver glitter on a black background, with light reflections creating a magical, dynamic effect.
Abstract light refraction with shimmering textures and prismatic colors on a dark background, creating a dreamy, ethereal effect.
Abstract wave of sparkling particles against a dark background, creating a surreal and dynamic visual effect.

Results

Eqrra Quran is live on both Google Play and the App Store. It brings reading, tafsir, translation, 38 reciters, and an AI recitation assistant into one clear interface. The design keeps the Mushaf calm and readable while making each tool easy to reach, so users can move from reading to listening to practicing without leaving the flow.
